About Mucha Yoga
Since 1998, Joey has studied various styles of yoga including Hatha, Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar, pre- and post-natal, yoga for fertility, yoga for children, Taoist (Yin and Yang Yoga with Paulie Zink), Letha, Danda, Longi, and Min Zin meditation as well as Western herbalism, Chinese herbs, boxing and kickboxing, barre, Pilates, and kettlebell training. In 2010, Joey rounded out her education with an AFAA Group Exercise Certificate. Joey draws on her knowledge multiple practices to create a serene environment in which people can find a balance between strength and flexibility, combining mind-body principles to get the blood and energy flowing. Mindful that healthy living encompasses all aspects of life, Joey completed a health coach program in 2014.
